He is qualified with an MBBS from Dow Medical College, Pakistan, Diploma in Ophthalmology from Royal College of Surgeons in U.K, Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) from Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow, U.K, Fellowship Exam of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOpth) from Royal College of Ophthalmologist, U.K, as well as Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS).
Dr. Misbah ul Aziz has been at the leading edge of advanced surgical treatments and procedures across all spheres of ophthalmology comprising complete eye examination, cataract, glaucoma, corneal surgeries, refractive errors such as LASIK and much more. He has a keen interest in diabetic eye diseases including diabetic retinopathy.
He has received numerous awards by various ophthalmic societies of Pakistan including a Life Time Achievement award from Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan (OSP) and a Gold Medal from Hashmanis Group of Hospitals at the 6th Pioneering Innovations in Ophthalmology (PIO).
