Dr. Nasar Qamar Khan is a highly qualified general ophthalmology surgeon with over 8 years of intensive experience in eyecare. He has successfully performed a number of surgeries on patients nationwide. He holds a deep focus and interest in oculoplastic & orbital surgery including eye lid tumors, eyelid gland blockages, orbital tumors and more.
He has completed his MBBS from Baqai Medical University, Karachi, Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) from Jinnah Medical & Dental College as well as Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) from Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow.
His ambition and finest work in the field of ophthalmology has been inspired by following the footstep of his father.
Dr. Nasar Qamar Khan has experienced various complex and traumatic cases of natural and accidental damages to the eye. He has a record of successfully providing end-to-end support to his patients including identifying, diagnosing, treating and recovering periods. He provides excellence in patient care and makes sure each of his patient leaves with ideal guidance, directions and reassurances towards any sensitive matters of their eye health and wellbeing.
He has authored over 16 medical publications and is an active member of the Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan (OSP). He is actively involved in various community programs supporting medical and surgical camps through Hashmanis Medical & Welfare Foundation among others.
